You can always customize it...

As for why they do it, ,I think its a marketing technique, because otherwise, people wouldn't buy balance tpes...

Actually b4l ... Even if you customize it, the dark wheel sucks no matter what. Sadly...

I'm really not sure why it is exactly though. Probably marketing though.
