Spam Section Rules & Benefits

Benefits:
Members can just rant and rage, and just really spam and have fun... without consequences... In this section, posts are not be counted, and it will be easier to apprehend people for spamming in the general discussion, since as of yet, there is no other place for them to "let loose" and, lets face it, some members will just spam anyway... so they should have a place to do it, so it won't get in the way of the focused general discussions.
