How to Attach a signature...







I highlighted in yellow what you are looking for, and I highlighted in red what you click.

You should get something like this:





The darker one is how to attach a signature, and the one with a shadow is how Administrators sticky topics,
Also, Moderators can Sticky topics and make announcements in their Section that they are moderating

Another thing is how to access moderating tools. They should be at the way bottom of the page...
Do you see it in this?







You should click the down arrow thing and get this...






Then select what you want, and Voila... It's done..

Btw, this is only able to be done by Admins and Mods.

I cant seem to find the part that lets me sticky/make an announcement of a topic. but i did find the mod tools :]
